Last updated: July 11, 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, browsing, or utilizing the Polyscout AI website (polyscoutai.com) and parsing services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any segment of these provisions, you must stop using the website immediately.
2. Description of Service
Polyscout AI operates an informational software-as-a-service (SaaS) utility designed to parse screenshot images of prediction markets (such as Polymarket and Kalshi), connect with open CLOB order book statistics, and return mathematically modeled indicators (Edge Score).
3. Account Management and Subscriptions
- Scans Limits: Free accounts are restricted to 10 scans per calendar month. Trying to bypass limits via multiple account creations is a breach of these terms.
- Billing: Paid plans are handled via Dodo Payments. Subscription tiers are billed in advance on a recurring monthly schedule. All fees are exclusive of sales taxes.
- Cancellation: You can terminate your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the close of your current billing period.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to upload corrupted files, malware, or images that violate third-party copyright laws. You also agree not to script, automate, or scrape screenshot submission pathways in a way that creates excessive server load.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. POLYSCOUT AI DOES NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE ANALYSIS IS ACCURATE, UNINTERRUPTED, OR FREE OF CLERICAL ERRORS. PREDICTION CONTRACT TRADING CARRIES SIGNIFICANT FINANCIAL RISK; OUTCOMES ARE NOT GUARANTEED.
6. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL POLYSCOUT AI, ITS DIRECTORS, OR DEVELOPERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES, FINANCIAL LOSSES, OR LOST TRADES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE PLATFORM.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the local laws, without regard to conflicts of law regulations.
